Smorgbizkit (Small Organisation Business Kit) was formed by Salesforce CRM Certified Dan Edwards, after realising there was a need for NGO’s and small and owner managed businesses to be assisted with their CRM activites. This is especially so in the NGO sector where Salesforce provide free licenses. What I have found is that these organisations quite often lack the internal skills and understanding to fully utilise the platform, this is especially so in smaller or recently created organisations.
This is where I come in. As a Salesforce Certified Administrator with experience in managing the platform I am able to help my clients fully utilise the platform and other tools to help their organisation grow by using it as a key piece in their customer interactions and data keeping.
